The comprehension of experiences process make progress assistant nurses

Abstract
|

|
Purpose: This study attempted to describe the essential structure of the lived experience of a students assistant nurses for comprehension of assistant nurses.
Method: Data collection consisted of in-depth interviews and an observation method done from October to December in 2007. The analysis of the date was made by phenominological analytic method suggested by Colaizzi(1978).
Result: Five categories emerged from ten theme clusters. The five categories were: ’revolt for discovering me’, ’bloom’, ’frustration of dwarfs’, ’stand against garlic and mugwort’, ’necessity of supervision and command’.
Conclusion: The significance of this study in the field of nursing is that education of assistant nurses for reinforcement of quality.
