The comprehension of experiences process make progress assistant nurses

Abstract
Purpose: This study attempted to describe the essential structure of the lived experience of a students assistant nurses for comprehension of assistant nurses.

Method: Data collection consisted of in-depth interviews and an observation method done from October to December in 2007. The analysis of the date was made by phenominological analytic method suggested by Colaizzi(1978).

Result: Five categories emerged from ten theme clusters. The five categories were: ¡¯revolt for discovering me¡¯, ¡¯bloom¡¯, ¡¯frustration of dwarfs¡¯, ¡¯stand against garlic and mugwort¡¯, ¡¯necessity of supervision and command¡¯.

Conclusion: The significance of this study in the field of nursing is that education of assistant nurses for reinforcement of quality.
